Culture day

Bolingbroke recently had charities week which boasted many activities from sponge the teacher to bake sales all in the aim to raise money for charity. One of the days that week was culture day. Culture day was an event where students could come into school dressed in clothes to represent their culture.

Many teachers took part - including Ms Worner who is pictured below- along with many students, with numerous people bringing in flags to show which country/culture their dress was from. There was a small contest to find who had the best costume/cultural dress in the school with the prize being a tub of celebrations. The winner of this was: Rion Anderson.

However, it’s important to note that many other people also had excellent costumes which did not go unnoticed when deciding a winner.
