Recipe of the Month! Chocolate Rice Krispy Cakes Recipe

This is a sweet, really easy, fun treat to make in your free time.

15-20 minutes preparation time
25 minutes total time
20 minutes cool time
100g of milk or dark chocolate,
3 tablespoons of golden syrup,
60g unsalted butter,
90g of Rice Krispies,
Any decorations you like.
How to make them:
Melt chocolate in small pieces in a heatproof bowl, over boiling water or in the microwave.
Add the butter, cut into small pieces and stir until melted.
Next, add the golden syrup and stir.
Pour 90g of Rice Krispies in a large bowl.
Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture and stir gently.
Spoon into 12 cupcake holders.
Gently sprinkle edible decorations.
Finally leave to cool and enjoy.
